Project Engineer – PEB & Civil Works

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Engineer with strong expertise in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), structural steel, and associated civil works. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale projects from planning through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage PEB and structural steel projects from initiation to handover
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Review structural drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Supervise site activities including:
• Steel fabrication & erection
• Civil foundations
• Cladding and finishing works
• Monitor project progress, cost control, quality, and safety compliance
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance with GCC regulations and industry standards
• Lead and mentor site engineers and project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 8–10 years GCC experience in PEB and steel structure projects
• Strong knowledge of:
• Structural steel fabrication & erection
• Civil foundations and finishing works
• Proven experience managing large-scale industrial or commercial projects
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 or MS Project
• Strong understanding of GCC building standards and international codes
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
