Position: Project Engineer (Buildings – Villas Experience) - Arabic Speaker

Al Marwan Group is seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to join our Buildings Division. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in villa construction projects within the UAE and possess strong technical and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee villa building projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Monitor progress, resolve on-site challenges, and control project costs.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to site teams throughout all project phases.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of proven experience in villa/building projects within the UAE.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in Arabic (mandatory requirement).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
