Project Engineer – EPCC

Key Responsibilities

Engineering & Design Coordination

• Develop, review, and approve P&IDs, plot plans, mechanical datasheets, and civil/structural GA drawings.
• Lead interdisciplinary design reviews (30%, 60%, 90% model reviews, HAZOP, SIL).
• Manage RFIs, deviation requests, and maintain live technical registers with timely closeouts.

Procurement Support

• Prepare MRs and conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE).
• Review vendor documents, inspection/test plans, and expedite long-lead items.
• Lead pre-bid meetings and supplier kick-offs for critical packages.

Construction & Commissioning Interface

• Issue IFC packages, manage as-built dossiers, and coordinate site issue resolutions within 24 hours.
• Support construction planners with 4D/5D scheduling and field coordination.
• Witness FATs and SATs across global project sites.

Cost, Schedule & Risk Control

• Maintain project CWP/IWP breakdown in Primavera P6 with bi-weekly earned-value updates.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks aligned with ISO 31000 standards.

Quality, HSE & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with IEC, API, ASME, ANSI, NFPA, Euro-codes and in-country regulations.
• Champion HSE culture through leadership walks and STOP-card initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

• Prepare weekly progress reports for clients, lenders, and corporate VPs.
• Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing across offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years in an EPC / EPCC environment delivering projects > USD 100M.
• At least one international full-cycle project (site posting > 6 months).
• Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent is preferable
• Software proficiency: Primavera P6, Intergraph SmartPlant, AVEVA E3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project, Office 365.
• Fluent in English; multilingual (Spanish/French/Arabic) is a plus.
• Willing to rotate to remote or greenfield sites (up to 50% annually).

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
