Project Engineer – TSE (Treated Sewage Effluent) – Infrastructure / Wet Utilities

The Project Engineer – TSE is responsible for supervising and managing construction activities related to Treated Sewage Effluent (TSE) networks within wet utilities infrastructure projects. The role ensures proper execution of pipeline installation, pumping systems, and related structures in compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, authority standards, and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise installation of TSE pipelines (HDPE, DI, GRE, or uPVC as applicable).
  • Review and interpret utility drawings, profiles, and approved shop drawings.
  • Coordinate site activities for pipe laying, jointing, thrust blocks, valve chambers, and tie-ins.
  • Ensure proper bedding, backfilling, and compaction as per specifications.
  • Supervise pressure testing, flushing, and commissioning of TSE lines.
  • Coordinate with surveyors for alignment and level control.
  • Liaise with consultants, clients, and relevant authorities for inspections and approvals.
  • Prepare method statements, ITPs, and daily/weekly progress reports.
  • Monitor subcontractors’ performance and productivity.
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements.
  • Support planning, material tracking, and procurement coordination.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
  • 8–10 years of experience in wet utilities / infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience in TSE network construction in UAE
  • Strong knowledge of pipeline installation, testing procedures, and authority requirements.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction and utility drawings.
  • Good coordination, reporting, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED11,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
