Position: Project Head – Customer Services / RCM (US Healthcare)
Industry: Healthcare BPO
Location: Lahore (Onsite)
Shifts: US shift timings (5 Days a Week)

Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and manage a team of healthcare and RCM support agents (10–20 FTEs).
Oversee day-to-day operations for US healthcare accounts, including enrollment, inside sales, patient support, and Revenue Cycle Management workflows.
Provide hands-on oversight in end-to-end RCM functions such as eligibility verification, benefit checks, charge entry, claims processing, payment posting, AR follow-ups, denial management, and appeals.
Ensure regulatory compliance in healthcare processes, accurate documentation, and adherence to SLA and quality metrics.
Monitor RCM and operational KPIs, analyze performance trends, and deliver structured feedback to continuously improve productivity and outcomes.
Collaborate with US-based clients, billing partners, and internal cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination and service delivery.
Resolve operational issues/escalations and maintain team engagement and morale.
Support training and capacity-building initiatives while contributing to process standardization and documentation improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred).
Experience:
4–5 years of overall experience in Healthcare BPO.
Minimum 3+ years in a leadership role within US Healthcare and/or RCM projects.
Proven experience handling enrollment, inside sales, and/or RCM workflows (AR follow-up, denials, claims, revenue cycle processes).
Skills & Expertise:
Strong knowledge of US healthcare workflows including claims, eligibility, enrollment, benefits, RCM, billing and collections, denials, care coordination, etc.
Familiarity with EMR/EHR and RCM billing platforms (Epic, eClinical, Athena, NextGen, Kareo, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Minimum C1 English proficiency (verbal & written).
Ability to manage teams of 10–20 individuals with strong people leadership skills.
