Position: Project Manager
Location: Lahore (On-Site)

Industry: Information Technology (Healthcare Application Experience Preferred)
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager to oversee planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Prior experience in healthcare-related applications or systems will be considered an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project lifecycles, ensuring adherence to defined scope, timelines, and quality standards.
• Establish project plans, track deliverables, and monitor progress through appropriate tools and techniques.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, schedules, reports, and closure documents.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience in a similar role within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, Agile frameworks, and project management principles.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile training will be an advantage.
