Project Lead

Position Overview

MSS is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Lead to manage a large-scale service delivery project in Sindh. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, program management, and donor engagement skills, particularly in managing partnerships with international donors. This role requires a results-oriented professional capable of ensuring the successful execution, compliance, and reporting of donor-funded initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall planning, implementation, and monitoring of the service delivery project.
  • Manage project teams, budgets, and resources to achieve program objectives efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international donors such as FCDO, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and other key partners.
  • Prepare and submit high-quality donor reports, ensuring compliance with international donor requirements, standards, and timelines.
  • Oversee financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation in line with donor and MSS policies.
  • Liaise with government stakeholders, partner organizations, and community groups to strengthen collaboration and project visibility.
  • Monitor project performance through data-driven insights and ensure adherence to MSS’s quality and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree in public health, Social Sciences, Development Studies, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of progressive experience in project management or program leadership within the health or development sector.
  • Proven track record of managing international donor-funded projects (e.g., FCDO, Gates Foundation, USAID, etc.).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience managing complex budgets and ensuring compliance with both organizational and donor requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs500,000.00 - Rs600,000.00 per month
