Role Purpose

The PMO Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining an organization-wide Project Management Office (PMO) framework that governs, tracks, and aligns all strategic and operational initiatives across departments. This role ensures structure, visibility, and alignment across projects originating from any function across the organization. PMO Executive will minimize duplication, enhances accountability, and ensures every initiative contributes directly to organizational priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote PMP-based standards and provide training for project owners.
  • Develop and maintain project charters for all organizational initiatives with standardized documentation, timelines, and reporting.
  • Maintain a centralized Project Portfolio Dashboard and scorecards to provide leadership with a unified view of all ongoing projects.
  • Act as the central coordination hub across Operations, IT, HR, Finance, and Compliance to ensure alignment and accountability between onshore and offshore teams.
  • Identify and consolidate overlapping or duplicated initiatives to optimize resources and improve efficiency.
  • Establish the PMO as a center of excellence, promoting PMP-based governance, process improvement, and project management training across departments.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or Healthcare Operations.
  • PMP® Certification preferred.
  • 3–5 years of experience in project management preferably in BPO, Healthcare and IT
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Asana, or Power BI.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
