Qualification :BE/ME Civil Engineering

Relevant Experience

• Minimum 5–10 years of proven experience in managing construction site projects (buildings, infrastructure, or related works).

• Strong background in project planning, execution, and site supervision.

• Hands-on experience in coordinating with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

• Proficiency in handling project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.

• Experience in ensuring quality control, health & safety compliance, and adherence to contractual requirements.

• Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary site teams effectively.

• Prior experience in resolving on-site technical and operational challenges.

Project Manager – Construction Site Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee all construction site activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.

• Review project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications; ensure accurate implementation on-site.

• Prepare and monitor project schedules, work programs, and progress reports.

• Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project requirements.

• Supervise construction teams, foremen, and site engineers to ensure quality workmanship.

• Ensure availability and proper utilization of manpower, machinery, and materials at the site.

• Monitor construction progress and resolve on-site technical and operational issues.

• Enforce compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality assurance protocols.

• Verify subcontractor work, approve site measurements, and assist in billing/certifications.

• Conduct regular site inspections to check progress, quality, and adherence to timelines.

• Report project status, risks, and challenges to senior management with recommendations.

• Maintain proper documentation including daily site reports, approvals, material inspections, and correspondence.
