Project Manager

KeyMech Designs is looking for a Project Manager for its Wah Cantt Office.

Responsibilities:

• Lead IoT, mechatronics, and electronics projects from concept to delivery.
• Communicate with clients on Upwork and other platforms for proposals, requirements, and updates.
• Coordinate mechanical, electronics, and firmware teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Track milestones, resolve delays, and keep workflows efficient.* Prepare project schedules, reports, and documentation.
• Ensure clear alignment between clients and internal teams.

Requirements:

• 1+ years in project Management within an R&D, engineering, or IoT environment.
• Strong expertise in ClickUp or similar tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum principles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to align technical teams and clients.

Soft Skills:

• Proactive problem-solver with strong time management.
• Team player with clear communication and collaboration skills.
• Self-driven with excellent time management and prioritization skills
• Adaptable, organized, and results-driven.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering (mandatory). A Levels completed (mandatory).
