Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to oversee and manage crane rental operations across multiple projects and locations. The role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to ensure projects are executed efficiently, safely, and profitably. The Project Manager will act as the primary point of contact for client’s post-deal confirmation, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination & Execution
• Manage end-to-end project activities from deal confirmation to successful project completion.
• Coordinate with clients, site teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth crane deployment and operations.
• Oversee multiple projects across various locations while ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and safety standards.
• Client Relationship Management
• Maintain strong client communication and provide regular project updates.
• Handle client queries, ensure prompt issue resolution, and drive customer satisfaction.
• Manage payment follow-ups and ensure timely collections as per agreed terms.
• Operational Oversight
• Supervise repair and maintenance schedules of cranes and vehicles to ensure operational readiness.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate procurement of spare parts and services in collaboration with the process coordinator.
• Monitor asset utilization and minimize downtime.
• Team & Resource Management
• Provide direction and support to project coordinators, site engineers, and operators.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks and ensure project continuity.
• Reporting & Documentation
• Prepare and maintain project reports, documentation, and follow-up communications.
• Draft and send professional follow-up mails regarding operations, payments, and client requirements.
• Track and report on project performance, highlighting risks and opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in project management, preferably within the crane rental, heavy equipment, or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, operations, and client servicing.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across diverse locations.
• Proficiency in English, MS Office, project management tools, and reporting software.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
