Key Skills to Look For:

• Technical Knowledge: Ability to read and understand technical drawings (like from AutoCAD).
• Costing & Estimation: Experience in preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), quotations, and managing project budgets.
• Site Supervision: Experience managing on-site installation teams, coordinating with clients, and ensuring quality control.
• Vendor Management: Ability to coordinate with suppliers for materials and services.
• Client Communication: Good communication skills to provide updates and manage client expectations.
