About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and manage design and engineering projects in the UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, extensive project management experience, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage complex engineering and design projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project objectives are met.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
• Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering field (e.g., Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related discipline).
• Minimum 15 years of total experience in project management within the engineering or construction industry.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in the UAE, with strong knowledge of local regulations and market dynamics.
• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is mandatory.
• Proven expertise in managing design and engineering projects, with a focus on delivering within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in managing large-scale infrastructure, construction, or industrial projects in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE-specific standards, codes, and permitting processes.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
