Project Manager

🚀 We’re hiring a Project Manager!

At Kron Teknoloji , we develop cybersecurity and telecom software solutions that empower secure and seamless digital experiences.

Now, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our Istanbul Office and lead exciting projects that drive our vision forward.

What you’ll do:

• Provide strategic direction and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget delivery of complex IT initiatives.
• Keep communication clear and consistent across teams and stakeholders.
• Anticipate challenges, manage risks, and drive problem-solving.
• Oversee multiple high-priority projects with an organized and proactive mindset.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and deliver insightful reports.

What we’re looking for:

• Minimum 3 years of experience , ideally in the Telco / Cyber Security domain .
• Strong background in strategic project management .
• Excellent communication skills in both Turkish and English.
• Analytical, organized, and data-driven mindset.
• A natural leader who inspires collaboration and drives results.
• Familiarity with current IT trends and technologies .
