About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of proven expertise in infrastructure construction. The candidate must demonstrate outstanding leadership, technical proficiency, and strategic planning skills to ensure all project activities are executed efficiently, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction operations.
• Ensure strict adherence to project specifications, drawings, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain smooth workflow.
• Manage materials, labor, and equipment resources effectively.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to prevent delays.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing large-scale infrastructure or civil projects.
• Strong expertise in site supervision, project planning, and execution.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities.
• Must be willing to reside on-site at DHA City, Karachi.
