Position Overview:
  
  We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven
  
   Project Manager
  
  with proven expertise in
  
   workforce efficiency tracking and optimization
  
  . The ideal candidate will oversee projects aimed at improving productivity, resource utilization, and operational performance. This role requires strong leadership, analytical ability, and experience implementing systems or processes that measure and enhance workforce efficiency.
 
   Key Responsibilities:
  
- 
   Lead and manage end-to-end projects focused on workforce performance, resource planning, and process efficiency.
  
- 
   Develop, implement, and maintain
   
    workforce tracking systems
   
   (manual or software-based) to monitor productivity, time utilization, and output.
  
- 
   Analyze workforce data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
  
- 
   Collaborate with HR, operations, and department heads to align workforce planning with business objectives.
  
- 
   Establish
   
    KPIs and performance dashboards
   
   to track efficiency, capacity, and resource allocation.
  
- 
   Ensure timely project delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
  
- 
   Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance workforce productivity and reduce inefficiencies.
  
- 
   Prepare and present detailed reports to senior management on workforce performance, project progress, and ROI.
  
- 
   Train and guide team members and stakeholders on using efficiency tools and dashboards.
  
- 
   Stay updated with industry best practices, workforce management tools, and project management methodologies.
  
   Qualifications & Skills:
  
- 
   Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, HR, Industrial Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  
- 
    Project Management certification
   
   (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
  
- 
   Proven experience (5+ years) in
   
    project management
   
   with a focus on workforce efficiency, resource tracking, or operations management.
  
- 
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret workforce metrics.
  
- 
   Hands-on experience with
   
    workforce management software/tools
   
   (e.g., Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, MS Project, Jira, or similar) is desirable.
  
- 
   Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  
- 
   Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities.
  
- 
   Proficiency in
   
    data visualization tools
   
   (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to present workforce insights effectively.
