Project Manager

Project Planning & Coordination
  • Review project scope, specifications, and contractual obligations.

  • Develop detailed project plans including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams to ensure project objectives are aligned and met.

  • Conduct site inspections to assess progress and resolve on-ground challenges.

Execution & Supervision
  • Oversee and manage all aluminium and glass installation activities on-site.

  • Ensure technical accuracy, compliance with design specifications, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

  • Coordinate procurement of materials and ensure timely delivery to avoid delays.

  • Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors.

Cost & Time Management
  • Monitor project costs and ensure work is completed within budget.

  • Identify and mitigate risks or delays that could affect project delivery.

  • Approve work schedules and project milestones for tracking and reporting.

Reporting & Documentation
  • Prepare and submit periodic project reports to management and clients.

  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, inspection records, and variation orders.

  • Handle client correspondence and ensure timely submission of invoices and claims.

Team Leadership & Compliance
  • Lead project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.

  • Provide coaching and support to team members to achieve performance targets.
