Ledvance-Osram is a global leader in lighting solutions, known for innovation, quality, and sustainability. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Lahore team, responsible for managing and executing projects efficiently while ensuring alignment with company goals and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects from initiation to completion.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely project delivery.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and deliverables.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and present progress reports to management.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and quality protocols.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in lighting, electrical, or construction industries.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, or Trello).
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
