Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors/partners to ensure flawless project execution.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives while engaging all relevant stakeholders.
• Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans to monitor progress.
• Apply appropriate verification methods to manage changes in project scope and schedule.
• Track and measure project performance using relevant tools, systems, and methodologies.
• Collaborate with other APMs and PMs to enhance processes and workflows.
• Report to and escalate issues when necessary to the Senior Project Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
• Identify and manage potential project risks to minimize impact.
• Maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors.
• Prepare and manage comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements

• A minimum of a 4-year bachelor’s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a software developer is preferred, with solid technical understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant project management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven expertise in Agile software development methodologies.
• Strong working knowledge of task management tools such as JIRA, Asana, etc.
• Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Location: College Road, Township, Lahore.

Shift Timing: 09:00PM to 06:00AM on-site
