Key Responsibilities:


• Control the Time, Cost and Quality of the Project.

• Planning and scheduling of different phases of the Project based on established deadlines.

• Coordinate all aspects of the Project Process, including hiring Contractors and working with Engineering Consultants and Vendors.

• Support to negotiate Contractual terms with Client, Sub-Contractors and Vendors.

• Confer with other Leaders to monitor progress, including productivity of Equipment and Manpower and prepare detailed reports.

• Resolve technical and operational problems that arise due to emergencies or other issues that may cause delays.

• Prepare Project Proposals with Estimates and set Benchmarks.

• Develop and implement a training and development program for team members.

• Mentoring team members for improved performance individually and corporately.

• Ensure compliance with Codes and Safety Standards.

• Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationship.

• Understand the company’s goal to enhance Alkhorayef’s performance.

• Protect organizational values by keeping information confidential.


Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (preferable Mechanical or Process Engineering).

• Minimum 15 years of total experience in Oil & Gas Projects with Minimum 5 years proven experience as a Project Manager for medium EPC Contractors in Oil and Gas Projects.

• Additional Qualification in Business Administration is desirable.

• Experience in Oil and Gas Upstream Facilities.

• PMP or equivalent Certification preferable.

• Good knowledge of MS Office.

• Good knowledge of Client base across the Oil & Gas GCC Market (preferably in Bahrain).

• Management of Project Engineering team, Vendors and Suppliers and Procurement.

• Knowledge of Profit and Loss (P&L) skills.

• Familiar in Contracts administration and in the process of Change Orders.

• Familiar in the process of obtaining Permits and Licenses from appropriate authorities.

• Familiarity with Project Management Software & Tools.

• Competent in Conflict and Crisis Management.

• In-depth understanding of Project Management Principles.

• Excellent Organizational and Time-Management Skills.

• Familiarity with Quality and Health and Safety Standards.

• Outstanding Communication and Negotiation Skills are an added advantage.

• A Team Player with Leadership abilities.

• Skilled in Resource Allocation and Staff Management.

• Familiar with Invoicing Management.
