Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (for our client) to lead the delivery of hospitality IT initiatives supporting the pre-opening and operational readiness of a new integrated resort. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end project execution across multiple technology workstreams, coordinating internal teams, vendors, and property stakeholders, and ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with operational requirements. You will play a key role in enabling a smooth transition to live operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients and on-site teams.


This is a 6 months contract opportunity (with potential extension).


Responsibilities:

  • Lead and project manage teams of internal and contract resources to ensure the successful delivery of hospitality IT projects supporting the pre-opening and opening readiness of a new integrated resort
  • Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, schedule, budget, risk management, and resourcing
  • Coordinate and track multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to agreed quality standards
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT teams, vendors, operations, and on-property stakeholders
  • Manage the implementation of hospitality technology solutions, including (but not limited to) booking engines, OTA channel managers, Mobile food ordering systems, Spa, cabana, and nightclub reservation systems, Call centre systems, Guestroom technologies
  • Ensure projects align with operational requirements and support a seamless transition to live operations
  • Adhere to processes and procedures for working in live hospitality environments, minimising disruption to guests and day-to-day operations
  • Track and manage project sign-offs, ensuring documentation, configuration, training, and handover standards are met
  • Ensure solutions are delivered in line with security, compliance, and ongoing operational support requirements


Skills and Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Project Management role delivering IT or digital projects
  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or equivalent project management certification (highly regarded)
  • Experience working in hospitality, accommodation, or other service-based industries (highly regarded)
  • Ability to work across multiple sites and engage effectively with on-site operational and stakeholder teams
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Ras Al Khaimah at minimum 3 days per week
