Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead and deliver interior fit-out and refurbishment projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of construction drawings, hands-on experience in the fit-out industry, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, schedules, and budgets while ensuring the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage fit-out and interior construction projects from design coordination through handover.
• Read, interpret, and coordinate works based on architectural plans, technical drawings, and MEP drawings.
• Plan project schedules, manpower, materials, and site activities to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with consultants, designers, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
• Ensure works are executed in compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress, resolve technical issues, and ensure safety regulations are followed.
• Prepare and track project budgets, variations, and cost controls.
• Conduct site inspections, meetings, and reporting to management and clients.
• Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning, and final project handover.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the fit-out or interior construction industry.
• Proven ability to read and interpret architectural, technical, and MEP drawings.
• Strong understanding of site execution, materials, and construction methods.
• Valid driver’s license (mandatory).
• Experience managing multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with commercial, residential, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Knowledge of local building codes and authority approvals.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to prepare and submit daily and monthly reports for each assigned project.
