Project Manager

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager/Team Lead to join our team at Construction Experts Engineering. We are seeking an individual with proven experience in managing construction projects in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee multiple projects concurrently, ensuring they are completed within budget and on schedule.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution.
• Utilize strong organizational skills to effectively plan and allocate resources for each project.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct regular site visits to inspect progress, resolve any construction-related issues, and ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with the design team to interpret architectural plans and specifications, ensuring they are accurately implemented during the construction phase.
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and provide regular financial reports to stakeholders.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all project personnel.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture engineering.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction, with a proven track record of successful project management.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes related to UAE.
• Leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams to achieve excellence.
• Experience working with subcontractors and suppliers in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with CAD software for architectural drafting and design.
