Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to independently manage a designated location. The role is responsible for achieving high levels of customer satisfaction, employee engagement, and financial performance, in line with the company’s strategic objectives, operational plans, and compliance requirements.

Independently manage day-to-day operations of the assigned location.

Ensure achievement of operational, financial, and service objectives as per approved budgets and forecasts.

Experience in managing large-scale camp catering operations, covering all levels of service, with more than 5,000 POB

Strong knowledge of cost control and client relationship management

Maintain high standards of food quality, service delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and improve employee morale, productivity, and performance.

Ensure strict compliance with food safety standards, hygiene practices, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and local laws.

Coordinate with central support teams and clients to ensure smooth operations.

Address customer concerns promptly and implement corrective actions.

Prepare operational reports and submit them to management as required.

Willingness to work in remote locations as per business needs.
Job Requirements

Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in catering operations, preferably within the UAE or Middle East

Proven experience in managing catering operations.

Strong knowledge of Food Safety Standards (HACCP), compliance, and regulatory laws.

Ability to manage operations independently with minimal supervision.

Good understanding of financial controls, cost management, and budgeting.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent command of English speaking, reading, and writing is mandatory.

Willingness and flexibility to work in remote site locations.

Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
