Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of RPA projects, from initial assessment and design to development, testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and document automation opportunities
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Manage project resources, including RPA developers, testers, and other stakeholders
• Oversee the development and testing of RPA solutions
• Ensure the quality and timely delivery of RPA projects
• Monitor project performance and identify and mitigate risks
• Conduct regular project status reviews with stakeholders
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years of experience in RPA project management
• Proven experience in leading and delivering successful RPA projects using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
• Understanding of RPA concepts, technologies, and best practices
• Strong understanding and using JIRA tool
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational and time management skills
