We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and deliver complex technical projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The role involves managing the complete project lifecycle from initial scoping and planning through execution, monitoring, and closure while ensuring effective communication among cross-functional teams and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and risk management capabilities, along with the ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle management including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, schedule, resources, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of project activities.
• Manage project scope, schedule, cost, and quality to meet organizational objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.
• Track progress against defined milestones and performance indicators.
• Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid models).
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide regular status updates.
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with internal project governance standards.
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and team performance.

Preferred Skills & Technical Competencies:

• Proven experience managing technical or cross-functional projects.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs150,000.00 per month
