Project Manager

Location: (Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - Onsite)

Experience Required: 8+ Years

Notice Period Preference: Immediate to 30 Days

Salary Budget: Up to 30% hike on current CTC

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Project Manager to lead and deliver projects within scope, timeline, and budget. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, stakeholder management experience, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans and track progress.
• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
• Manage project budgets and resource allocation.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure timely delivery within agreed quality standards.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide progress reports.
• Handle stakeholder communication and expectation management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi regulatory standards (if applicable).

Mandatory Skills Technical / Functional Skills

• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Experience with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar).
• Budgeting and cost control expertise.
• Risk management and issue resolution skills.
• Vendor and stakeholder management.
• Documentation and reporting expertise.
• Experience handling enterprise or large-scale projects.

Soft Skills

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile certification preferred.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or GCC region is an advantage.

Pay: ﷼200,000.00 - ﷼250,000.00 per year
