Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out to lead and manage high-end interior and fit-out projects from planning to handover. The ideal candidate must have strong GCC experience, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage interior and fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, and resource plans.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and approvals.
• Control project costs, variations, and claims.
• Conduct site meetings and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure adherence to UAE/GCC regulations, authority approvals, and HSE standards.
• Handle snag lists, testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 2–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects.
• GCC experience is mandatory (UAE experience preferred).
• Proven experience handling commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, joinery, MEP coordination, and finishing works.
