Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven "Project Manager" to lead and manage software projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate will coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensure timely project execution, and maintain high client satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage IT projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, QA, and support teams for smooth project execution.
• Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide regular project updates.
• Create project timelines, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure quality standards and best practices are followed.
• Monitor project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Manage documentation, reports, and project status meetings.
• Ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Required Skills

• Bachelors in Information Technology.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

6 Months to 1 year of relevant experience in IT project management preferred.
