Project Manager

The position is responsible to Lead & direct the smooth execution of Maintenance Projects, Manage profit & loss of all projects; Establish & maintain professional relations with clients & vendors and participate in technical negotiations; Develop, train & manage shutdown mangers & other human capital; Ensure coordination & conflict resolution among all stakeholders WITH the objective to timely complete projects; efficiently meet the profitability targets and optimize project resources. Candidate must be flexible enough to working in Pakistan & Overseas (as per business requirement).

Responsibilities:

• Set project timeline
• Monitor project deliverables
• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress
• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications:

Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical), with over 18 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas Shutdowns and Retrofit projects with at least 4 years on a similar position.

Must Have:

• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
