Project Manager

FirstPoint Group is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee high-end interior fit-out and renovation projects across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality delivery, authority approvals, and strong coordination between clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.

This role is salary + commission based, offering strong earning potential for candidates who can successfully manage and deliver profitable projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple interior fit-out and renovation projects from start to completion
• Lead project teams and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
• Review drawings, BOQs, and project documentation before execution
• Manage project budgets, variations, and cost control
• Handle authority approvals and NOCs from relevant government entities (DM, DCD, Trakhees, Nakheel, etc.)
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure client satisfaction
• Provide regular project updates and reports to senior management

Requirements

• Minimum 5–8 years UAE experience in interior fit-out or renovation projects
• Proven experience managing villa renovations, residential, or commercial fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of Dubai authority approval processes
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
• Strong leadership and project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• UAE Driving License required
