Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 20 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in Oman/GCC
- Proven track record managing large-scale real estate and infrastructure projects from initiation to completion
Technical & Professional Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and techniques
- Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and cost control (Primavera P6 / MS Project)
- Expertise in contract management (FIDIC or similar standards)
- Solid understanding of quantity surveying, budgeting, and cost estimation
- Familiarity with local regulations, codes, and authority approvals in GCC/Oman
- Experience in risk management, value engineering, and claims management
- Proficiency in engineering software and project management tools
Project Execution & Leadership:
- Ability to manage end-to-end construction lifecycle (design, procurement, construction, handover)
- Strong experience coordinating with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
- Demonstrated leadership in managing large multidisciplinary teams
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills under pressure
Health, Safety & Quality:
- In-depth knowledge of HSE standards and regulations
- Experience implementing QA/QC procedures
- Commitment to maintaining safe and compliant construction sites
Communication & Management Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to prepare and present technical and progress reports
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
Pay: RO800.000 - RO1,300.000 per month
