Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

  • Manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover, including kick-off meetings, planning, design, installation, testing, commissioning, and final delivery.
  • Prepare and review all project documentation such as method statements, risk assessments, responsibility matrices, project checklists, and system specifications.
  • Develop project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, and cost estimates.
  • Monitor progress and ensure adherence to approved schedules and technical requirements.

Coordination & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits (daily/weekly) to review progress, resolve issues, and lead coordination meetings.
  • Assign site activities and review site visit reports submitted by the team.
  • Provide regular updates through daily, weekly, and monthly reports, including participation in review meetings.

Financial & Resource Management

  • Prepare and manage project budgets, track expenses, and analyse variances.
  • Ensure availability and proper allocation of materials, tools, and resources required for project execution.
  • Monitor material consumption and maintain quality control (QA/QC) standards across project activities.

Team Management

  • Lead, guide, and monitor project teams, including site engineers and technical staff.
  • Assess team performance and identify training needs to address skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with functional managers to ensure optimal team productivity and performance.

Technical & Design Oversight

  • Work closely with design teams to ensure site execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Review technical documents, datasheets, diagrams, and tender/technical proposal submissions.
  • Support participate in application planning, design, and development activities.

Process Improvement & Reporting

  • Drive process improvement initiatives and system enhancements (BPR).
  • Prepare dashboards and status reports by analysing project data and trends.
  • Utilize CRM and project management tools for task allocation, tracking, and reporting.

Software & Application Support

  • Participate in application planning, design, and development activities.
  • Review and support coding, testing, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test cases, user manuals, and handover documents.
  • Support installations, integrations, and client demonstrations. Handle customer support calls and provide timely resolutions.

General

  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and industry practices.
  • Support company initiatives and contribute to team objectives.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in project management within technology or security systems projects.
  • Strong understanding of project lifecycle, system integration, and site execution. Experience with CRM/Project Management tools and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
