Project Manager

Job Description

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful delivery aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Lead day-to-day project activities and manage project teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Track project expenses and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
• Conduct project evaluations and prepare closure reports.
  
  

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or related field (master’s preferred).

Experience: 3–7+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale projects.

Skills & Competencies: Strong understanding of project management methodologies, excellent communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in project management tools.
