Project Manager - AI & ML

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with at least 3 years of proven experience managing technology projects, ideally in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management methodologies, experience working with data science/ML engineering teams, and the ability to deliver projects on time while aligning with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver AI/ML projects in collaboration with data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers.
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage communication between stakeholders.
• Track progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure project documentation, reports, and updates are maintained and communicated.
• Manage client expectations and ensure alignment of deliverables with business requirements.
• Support the product lifecycle by integrating project management best practices into AI/ML initiatives.
• Stay updated with AI/ML trends to effectively manage technical discussions and align strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience (experience in AI/ML, Data Science, or Software Development projects preferred).
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, workflows, and lifecycle (data collection, model training, deployment, monitoring).
• Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
