  • Coordinate with internal teams (drafting, production, installation) as well as architects, contractors, and vendors.
  • Participate in site visits, job meetings, and project closeouts.
  • Learn material procurement, quality standards, and AWI guidelines.
  • Provide administrative support to keep projects organized and on track.

Qualifications (Entry-Level Focus):

  • 0–2 years of related experience (internships, co-op, or any construction/administrative background welcome).
  • Recent graduates with a degree (or pursuing) in Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Engineering, or a related field are strongly encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of construction or woodworking is a plus, but not required — we will provide training.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with project software is a bonus but not necessary.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to occasionally visit job sites in New England.
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn the architectural millwork trade.

What We Offer:
