Project Manager -Coastal Soil Remediation

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager for Coastal Soil Remediation project based in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. This role involves overseeing large-scale remediation projects in compliance with local, regional, and international standards. The ideal candidate will leverage advanced methodologies and innovative technologies to ensure successful ecological restoration and sustainable development in coastal environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans aligned with international standards such as ISO 14001 and local Saudi environmental regulations.
  • Incorporate advanced remediation techniques, including bioremediation, phytoremediation, and cutting-edge GIS mapping with real-time monitoring systems.
  • Ensure all activities comply with Saudi Arabian environmental laws, international best practices, and standards.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies to minimize environmental, social, and operational impacts using innovative approaches.
  • Maintain effective communication with local authorities, project stakeholders, regulatory agencies, and community groups.
  • Utilize digital collaboration tools to foster transparency and stakeholder involvement.
  • Apply the latest industry methodologies and technologies for soil remediation in coastal environments.
  • Lead project teams across multiple disciplines, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Use advanced project management software and financial tools to track costs and optimize expenditures.
  • Uphold the highest standards of quality assurance aligned with international protocols and Saudi regulations.
  • Prepare comprehensive technical and progress reports utilizing modern data analysis and visualization tools.

Qualifications:

  • Accredited bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or relevant field. A master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years in technology and/or engineering, with at least 3 years serving as a Project Manager directly reporting to senior management.
  • Proven track record in managing soil remediation projects in coastal or marine environments, employing the latest techniques and technologies.
  • Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English; familiarity with Arabic is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Primavera P6 (version 3.1), and other relevant project management and environmental software.
