Responsibilities

Lead the planning and implementation of construction projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and company standards.

Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.

Supervise and coordinate the work of site engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Review project designs, drawings, and specifications, and ensure compliance with contractual and technical requirements.

Monitor project progress, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions proactively.

Prepare and present regular project status reports, including cost control, resource allocation, and progress updates.

Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality assurance procedures, and environmental standards on-site.

Maintain strong communication with clients, consultants, and internal departments to ensure project goals are met.

Lead project meetings and provide technical and managerial guidance to the project team.

Manage contractual matters, variations, claims, and approvals in coordination with the commercial team.
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, or Electrical Engineering.

10+ years of experience in construction project management, preferably within infrastructure or electromechanical projects.

Proven experience managing large-scale projects from design through handover.
-
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Excellent understanding of project management methodologies and construction practices.

Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.

PMP certification is an advantage.
