PROJECT MANAGER - CONSTRUCTION

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in building construction projects to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from initiation to handover
• Lead and supervise site engineers, civil team, and labor workforce
• Ensure timely completion of project milestones
• Coordinate site logistics
• Manage and monitor subcontractors
• Conduct client meetings and resolve project-related issues
• Oversee quality control, safety compliance, and authority inspections
• Prepare and review progress reports and project schedules
• Ensure compliance with local authority regulations and approvals

Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in the UAE construction industry
• Must hold Dubai Municipality G + 12 Certificate
• Valid Trakhees Cards – White, Orange & Green
• Certified for G + 1 Steel Structure from Dubai Municipality
• Proven experience in managing villa and building projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

• DM G+12 CERTIFICATION (Preferred)
• DM G+1 STRUCTURAL CERTIFICATION (Preferred)
• TRAKHEES CARD; WHITE/ORANGE/GREEN (Preferred)
