Project Manager (Designer Homes) - Mustafa Developers DHA 2 , Islamabad

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver high-end designer home projects with a strong focus on quality, timelines, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage luxury residential projects from start to handover.
• Coordinate with architects, interior designers, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure design intent is executed accurately on site.
• Oversee construction progress, quality control, and finishing standards.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor subcontractors’ performance and material procurement.
• Resolve site issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare progress reports for management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership and project coordination skills.
• In-depth knowledge of designer home construction and finishing.
• Excellent understanding of architectural & interior drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera / Excel (preferred).

Qualification & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field.
• 5–8 years of experience, preferably in designer or luxury residential projects.
