Job Description:

B-Unique Studio is currently hiring a confident and skilled Project Manager to handle end-to-end eBook publishing and marketing projects for our US-based clients.

This role requires excellent coordination, communication, and organizational abilities to ensure smooth project execution and successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee multiple eBook publishing and marketing projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with authors, editors, designers, and marketing professionals.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables and campaign launches.
• Maintain strong communication with US clients and internal stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans
• Monitor project timelines, mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.
• Identify and implement improvements in publishing and marketing workflows.

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Project Manager (publishing/digital content experience preferred).
• Proven track record of working with US clients/teams (flexibility with time zones is a plus).
• Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of eBook publishing processes and digital marketing will be an advantage.
