Project Manager - Events Management Industry

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bahraini Project Manager to lead and oversee end-to-end event projects. The role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, vendors, and team members to deliver seamless, high-impact events.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute events from concept to completion.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and exceeded.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.
• Supervise event setup, execution, and post-event evaluations.
• Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth delivery.
• Prepare progress reports and ensure projects align with company objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience (3–5 years) in project or event management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams under pressure.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Events, or related field (preferred).

Pay: BD800.000 - BD900.000 per month
