Project Manager - Fit out - PMP

Job Summary

The Project Manager – Fit-Out will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing interior fit-out projects from initiation to handover. The role requires strong technical knowledge of fit-out works, excellent stakeholder management skills, and strict adherence to quality, cost, and timeline requirements. PMP certification is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complete lifecycle of fit-out projects (commercial, residential, hospitality, retail)
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using PMP methodologies
  • Coordinate with consultants, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and authority regulations
  • Monitor project progress, cost control, cash flow, and resource allocation
  • Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and foremen
  • Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports for management and clients
  • Manage variations, claims, and change orders effectively
  • Ensure HSE compliance, quality standards, and risk management throughout the project
  • Oversee testing, commissioning, snagging, and final handover
  • Resolve technical and contractual issues proactively

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification – Mandatory
  • Minimum 5–8 years’ experience in the fit-out industry in the UAE or GCC
  • Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works (joinery, MEP coordination, finishes)
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
