Project Manager – Healthcare / Health-Based App

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of healthcare or health-based mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for healthcare or health-based digital applications
• Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Coordinate with product, development, UI/UX, QA, clinical, and compliance teams
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations and data privacy standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, local health regulations)
• Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and budgets
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives)
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Manage third-party vendors, consultants, and integration partners
• Ensure quality assurance, testing, and smooth product releases
• Drive continuous improvement in project processes and delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 3–6 years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, health tech, or mobile app development

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
