Project Manager (IT Industry)

Job description:We are looking for a Project Manager with proven experience in managing multiple software development projects simultaneously. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with a solid background in requirement analysis, task management, and delivery validation.

Key Responsibilities:
Understand project requirements, scope, and objectives clearly.
Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct audits and validations of project deliverables to ensure quality and compliance with requirements.
Communicate effectively between clients and the development team to bridge any gaps in understanding.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, progress reports, and performance metrics.
Identify potential risks, dependencies, and blockers and resolve them proactively.
Ensure client satisfaction through professional communication and delivery excellence.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, and QA engineers.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (education is secondary to experience).
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in project management within a software house.
Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Trello, Jira, ClickUp, Asana, etc.).
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in requirement understanding, task assignment, and project delivery validation is a must.
