Project Manager- Marble

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee marble projects from initiation to completion.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure accurate execution on site.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, factory, and site teams for timely material supply and installation.
• Prepare project schedules, work programs, and monitor progress against targets.
• Ensure quality control, compliance with approved shop drawings, samples, and mock-ups.
• Manage subcontractors, site engineers, foremen, and workforce effectively.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors for approvals and inspections.
• Control project costs, variations, claims, and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies on site.
• Handle snagging, testing, commissioning (if applicable), and final handover.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 8–12 years of experience in marble/stone works within construction or interior fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of marble types, fixing systems, finishing standards, and installation methods.
• Proven experience managing large-scale residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
• Strong understanding of UAE construction practices and regulations.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in UAE/GCC marble projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
