Duties& Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage FF&E projects from Tendering stage till handovers completion
• Control FF&E documentation quality and manage project schedules
• Manage client meetings and oversee the flow of the FF&E procurement process
• Prepare and manage project budgets according to market conditions
• Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation processes
• Create and manage punch/snag lists for FF&E installations
• Manage sub-contractors and suppliers for optimal project execution
• Identify up-selling opportunities and additional services
• Ensure prompt project close-out while maintaining profitability

Qualifications:

Education :

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design

Experience:

• 8+ years of experience in FF&E procurement and project management
• Experience within the hospitality industry is strongly preferred

Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD (MUST), Photoshop, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, and construction site operations
• Proven experience managing multiple projects and leading project teams
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
• Excellent oral and written English
• Preferably residing in or near 6th of October City

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£30,000.00 - E£35,000.00 per month
