TDG is looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Project Manager with experience in banking and financial services.
- Lead end-to-end regulatory reporting projects using Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
- Coordinate with Bank IT teams, Finance units, and external solution providers to ensure timely and compliant project delivery
- Manage configuration, development, integration, and production rollout of regulatory reporting platforms in line with approved regulatory requirements
- Oversee integrations with Core Banking systems, Data Warehouse, and other critical banking applications
- Monitor vendor development activities against backlog items, sprint objectives, acceptance criteria, and quality standards
- Ensure regulatory reports meet accounting accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance standards in collaboration with Finance teams
- Manage testing cycles including SIT, UAT, parallel run, and go-live phases across banking stakeholders
- Prepare structured progress reports, risk and dependency analyses, and critical issue updates for Steering Committees and senior management
- Ensure Steering Committee decisions are translated into actionable project plans, backlogs, and sprint goals
- Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs; manage escalations when necessary
- Identify, track, and manage project risks and dependencies in line with banking governance frameworks
- Ensure all project documentation complies with local banking regulations (e.g., BRSA/BDDK) and internal IT and project governance standards
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector
- Strong background in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, or regulatory-driven banking projects
- Hands-on experience with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies in banking IT environments
- Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional teams within highly regulated environments
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical topics into clear, business-oriented language
- Strong prioritization, decision-making, and conflict management capabilities
- PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required
(Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, MIS etc.) - Advanced English proficiency is preferred
