Project Manager (Regulatory Reporting)

TDG is looking for a Senior Regulatory Reporting Project Manager with experience in banking and financial services.

• Lead end-to-end regulatory reporting projects using Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
• Coordinate with Bank IT teams, Finance units, and external solution providers to ensure timely and compliant project delivery
• Manage configuration, development, integration, and production rollout of regulatory reporting platforms in line with approved regulatory requirements
• Oversee integrations with Core Banking systems, Data Warehouse, and other critical banking applications
• Monitor vendor development activities against backlog items, sprint objectives, acceptance criteria, and quality standards
• Ensure regulatory reports meet accounting accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance standards in collaboration with Finance teams
• Manage testing cycles including SIT, UAT, parallel run, and go-live phases across banking stakeholders
• Prepare structured progress reports, risk and dependency analyses, and critical issue updates for Steering Committees and senior management
• Ensure Steering Committee decisions are translated into actionable project plans, backlogs, and sprint goals
• Monitor vendor performance against contractual obligations and SLAs; manage escalations when necessary
• Identify, track, and manage project risks and dependencies in line with banking governance frameworks
• Ensure all project documentation complies with local banking regulations (e.g., BRSA/BDDK) and internal IT and project governance standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the banking or financial services sector
• Strong background in regulatory reporting, financial reporting, or regulatory-driven banking projects
• Hands-on experience with Agile and hybrid project management methodologies in banking IT environments
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, cross-functional teams within highly regulated environments
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Ability to translate complex regulatory and technical topics into clear, business-oriented language
• Strong prioritization, decision-making, and conflict management capabilities
• PMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent project management certifications are preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required
  (Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, MIS etc.)
• Advanced English proficiency is preferred
• Military service completed
