SharpPixel Studios is an AI Editing Agency specializing in high-end photo and video editing for clients across the globe. We work with photographers, brands, and creative teams to deliver polished visuals faster and smarter using AI-powered workflows.

Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly organized Project Manager who can lead projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will be someone who can manage a team, coordinate with international clients, and keep multiple projects on track. A background in photo or video editing is a big plus but not mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with international clients (US/UK/EU)
• Break down client requirements into clear tasks for editors and designers
• Coordinate between photo editors and video editors
• Work closely with the sales team for onboarding, upsells, and client growth
• Maintain updated spreadsheets, daily trackers, and project dashboards
• Input, manage, and verify data accurately across all sheets
• Track delivery schedules, productivity, and workflow bottlenecks
• Prepare reports, client summaries, and team updates
• Maintain quality and ensure timely delivery on all projects
• Handle escalations professionally and keep clients satisfied

Requirements

• Experience managing international clients
• Strong English communication — verbal & written
• Experience coordinating teams in a creative or agency environment
• Solid ability to manage and maintain Google Sheets / Excel
• Can create and understand basic-to-intermediate formulas
• Fast learner with a growth mindset and willingness to adapt
• Familiarity with creative workflows (photo, video )
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured environment
• Experience with project management tools (Notion, Trello, Asana)

Nice-to-Have

• Background in photo editing, video editing, or graphic design
• Understanding of AI/automation tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, Veo3)
• Prior experience in a production house or international agency
