Job Overview

Appedology Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Manager with strong expertise in SaaS solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in selling CRM systems, Salesforce solutions, and HR software, along with excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth for SaaS products including CRM, Salesforce-based solutions, and HR software.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through strategic prospecting.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical and product teams to deliver customized solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in CRM, Salesforce, or HR software solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM platforms and enterprise software solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client interaction and relationship management abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce ecosystem and CRM tools.
  • Familiarity with HRMS / HR software solutions.
  • Experience in B2B sales and enterprise client handling.
